Shortcuts for Lists let you create, find, open, and update your lists — all without opening the app.
Open List
Opens a specific list in Sofa. Tap the List field to choose which list to open.
Find Lists
Searches for lists that match your criteria. Returns a list of results you can pass to other actions.
Filters
Title— Filter by list titleDate Added— Filter by when the list was createdDate Edited— Filter by when the list was last modified
Sort Options
- Date Added
- Date Edited
- Title
Results can be sorted in ascending or descending order, and you can limit the number of results returned.
Create List
Creates a new list in Sofa.
| Parameter | Description |

| Title | The name for the new list |
| Type | Todo (completed items hidden) or Collection (all items visible) |
| Group | Optionally assign the list to a group |
Update List
Updates an existing list’s properties.
