Bug Fixes
- FIXED: Issue where items with custom cover images could show the wrong image or appear blank on initial load.
- FIXED: Crash that occurred when selecting a book, podcast, or other item to view its details.
- FIXED: Bug where the Enjoying screen sorted and grouped items by when they were last saved, not by the actual activity date. Backdating a history entry (e.g., logging a game you played yesterday) no longer causes it to appear under “Today.”
- FIXED: Issue where progress tracking content could be hidden behind the tab bar.
- FIXED: Bug where adding episodes to Up Next from a podcast you’re not following would incorrectly add copies of the podcast to the Logbook.
- FIXED: “Play Next” and “Play Now” not working correctly for unfollowed podcast episodes.
- FIXED: Issue where transitioning to the next podcast episode in CarPlay could result in no playback or silent audio requiring a manual pause/play toggle.
- FIXED: Bug where new users could see duplicate starter lists when setting up Sofa on multiple devices, or when reinstalling the app with existing iCloud data.
- FIXED: Bug where tapping a Logbook entry from search results could navigate to the Logbook overview instead of the entry’s detail page
- FIXED: Issue where the share extension could crash when classifying a shared item, causing Sofa to disappear from the share sheet until the page was reloaded.
- FIXED: Issue where the selected tab bar item was invisible on iOS 26 with certain themes.
- FIXED: Bug where skipping forward near the end of a podcast episode could cause the next episode to fail to play and the player to dismiss itself
- FIXED: Bug where newly followed podcasts would ignore the global episode limit setting. Podcasts now correctly default to “Global Default” so they respect whatever you’ve set in Podcast Player settings.
- FIXED: Bug where the “Swipe Right Action” setting in Podcast Player settings couldn’t be changed.
- FIXED: Issue where some podcasts displayed “No Date” for episode publication dates.
- FIXED: Issue where deep links on Mac would open the app but not navigate to the specific item.
