What problem are you trying to solve?
Sometimes friends recommend an artist or a band and I would like to keep a list of these artists without having to add a specific album they released. I should probably add that I’ speaking of musical artists here.
Explain your ideal solution
An additional item category next to Video Games, Podcast, Music Albums etc. that is called Music Artists where you can add just a singer or a band to a list.
How are you currently solving this problem today?
Right now I add some arbitrary album of an artist I want to keep track of to a list. This can be confusing though because sometimes I do want to add an album specifically to a list so sometimes an album just acts as a stand-in for the artist and sometimes the album is the actual item i wanted to add to the list.
