Adds the ability to change how Groups and Lists are sorted. There will be individual settings for Groups and Lists. For example, you could have Groups sorted by Title A-Z, but Lists as Date Edited: New to Old.

- Date Edited: New to Old
- Date Edited: Old to New
- Date Created: New to Old
- Date Created: Old to New
